Return and Refund Policy

Physical Products

For physical goods, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Digital Downloads

Digital products, including downloadable books, albums, files, PDFs, worksheets, and other digital content, are normally delivered immediately after purchase.

Because digital downloads cannot be physically returned, we do not usually offer refunds once a download has been accessed or delivered, unless the file is faulty, not as described, or there is a technical problem that we cannot resolve.

If you have trouble accessing a digital download, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund.
